He has published over 100 papers, been granted 27 U.S. patents, and is coauthor of the books NUCLEAR WEAPONS AND WORLD POLITICS (New York : McGraw-Hill, c1977), NUCLEAR POWER ISSUES AND CHOICES (Cambridge, Mass. : Ballinger Pub. Co., c1977), ENERGY: THE NEXT TWENTY YEARS (Cambridge, Mass. : Ballinger Pub. Co., c1979), and SCIENCE ADVICE TO THE PRESIDENT (New York : Pergamon Press, c1980).
